- Today
- What's due now, with overdue tasks at the top and fixed times first. Set a daily goal; your progress shows in the account menu and in the widgets.
- Upcoming
- The coming days one below the other, or as a board with a column per day. On the board, drag a task to another day to reschedule it.
- Quick add
- Just type a sentence. Date, time, priority, project, labels and deadline are recognised, in English and Dutch.
Organise
- Projects and sections
- Split your tasks into projects with sections. Show a project as a list or a board.
- Labels and filters
- Tag tasks with labels and save filters such as “p1 & today” or “@calls”.
- Subtasks and comments
- Break a task down and keep notes and attachments with the task itself.
Repeat and remind
- Repeating tasks
- Every day, every other Monday, the last Friday of the month, or a few times a day. Fall behind and you choose: catch up on missed times or skip them.

- A notification on time, with Complete and Snooze right in it.

- Share to DoeToch
- Turn a link, text, photo or file from another app into a task or a comment.
Look back
- Reports
- How much you complete per day and per week, and in which projects.
- Activity and history
- The Activity tab shows what you added, rescheduled and completed. For every task you see when it was completed or skipped.
- Backups and export
- Automatic backups of your account, and export everything whenever you like.
